Doctors of BC Scholarship Award Application Form
Thank you for your interest in submitting an application for this scholarship award. As a reminder, all applications must include:
- An application letter, no more than one page, explaining why you feel you are a deserving candidate for this scholarship
- Two letters of reference, no longer than one page each
- A copy of your MOST RECENT transcripts
- A copy of an ACCEPTANCE LETTER from a recognized institute of higher learning
- Description of achievements, accomplishments, or extra-curricular activities for consideration
- NOTE: All documents must be in PDF format and be free from restrictions (such as password protection). Applications not in PDF format will not be accepted.
