Doctors of BC's Annual General Meeting

The 2025 Doctors of BC AGM will be held Friday, May 30, 2025 at 3:30 p.m. This is a hybrid event, allowing members to attend in-person at the Westin Wall Centre Vancouver Airport (3099 Corvette Way, Richmond) or virtually on Zoom. Attendees must be members in good standing and register in advance of 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, May 20.

Once registered, your membership status will be verified, and you will receive a link and instructions on how to join the meeting through Zoom.

All attendees will have the opportunity to vote on all items during the AGM with the use of an online voting system, regardless of whether attending in person or through Zoom.

Important: Ballots will be distributed via email during the meeting at the time each vote is called. Please provide an email address below that you will have access to during the AGM.
